Background and Experience:
Jay first qualified with the National College of Hypnosis in 1992 and continued in her Jay qualified with the National College of Hypnosis in 1992 and continued in sales and management until 1997, when she established her full-time practice as a therapist.

Her relaxed and open style puts you at ease straight away, and ensures that not only do you enjoy the process, but you get the best result in as little time as possible.

Jay has developed a unique synergy of therapies - NLP, Time Line Therapy, Hypnosis and Confidence Coaching - which means the session is tailored to your individual needs. Everyone is different, so this flexible approach is crucial.

She is passionate about helping people to make positive and empowering changes. The results can be as simple as breaking an old habit, or as transformational as finding your inner strength and confidence to make major life changes. Either way, you decide on your outcome, and get as much from the work as you choose.

It puts the zest back in your life, enables you to face life head-on, and releases a powerful self-belief, motivation and creativity.

Jay enjoys a busy life with her work, young children and hyperactive dog, but also makes time for yoga, Open University and generally messing around!
