Background and Experience:
Joy has over 25 years clinical experience working in mental health services within the NHS. For the last 15 years she has worked as a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist and is currently working for the NHS as a therapist, trainer and supervisor in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy.

Joy provides CBT for depression, anxiety and relationship difficulties.
