Background and Experience:
Pam has a wealth of experience in the medical sector, having worked in Australia and Africa as well as the UK. Pam has spent 17 years working in general practice, setting up a full counselling service at 3 GP Practices and raising the profile of counselling within these practices. Pam is committed to counselling individuals, couples and families to facilitate and enable people to reach their full potential. As well as working at the Practice, Pam also works in the Occupational Health Department at Stoke Mandeville Hospital.
Pam has continually updated her qualifications and her interest in counselling with courses including: Grief and Bereavement, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Crisis Intervention, Eating Disorders and Assessment of Suicide Risk.
Pam is married with four children and has lived locally for many years. She enjoys outdoor pursuits including swimming and gardening and can often be found dog walking in the Buckinghamshire countryside.
