There are 3 classes per week at a cost of £10 per month for as many classes are you wish.

PILATES

  • Pilates exercises are designed to strengthen and condition the weaker muscles, ligaments and tendons, whilst encouraging symmetry and balance within the body.
  • Pilates also improves flexibility of the spine and over used, tight muscles, this will help to ease muscle tension
  • Pilates is suitable for all ages, aches/pains, pre and post pregnancy. All exercises can be adapted if necessary.

 

CLASSES

  • 55 minutes.
  • Max: 15 people per class
  • All equipment including mats provided
  • Flexible booking system.
  • Once a block (or class) has been purchased any class may be selected (payment valid for 1 year)
  • Cancellations up to 12 hours before the class.

 

CHARGES FOR CLASSES

  • 1 class: £12
  • 1-4 classes: £12 each
  • Block 5-9 classes: £9/75 per class
  • Block 10 classes or more £9.25 per class

Matwork Beginners:

  • Monday: 7.55pm
  • Tuesday: 8.30am
  • Wednesday: 7.40pm
  • Thursday: 10.05am

Matwork Intermediate:

  • Monday: 8.30am, 9.35am,   5.45pm, 6.50pm
  • Tuesday: 9.35am
  • Wednesday: 5.30pm, 6.35pm
  • Thursday: 9am
  • Friday: 8.30am, 9.35am

Barre Pilates:

  • Tuesday: 10.40am

 

Regardless of level of fitness (for insurance reasons), if you have not participated in pilates before, a beginners class is essential before progressing to the intermediate classes

On the day of your first class, please arrive 10 minutes beforehand to complete a consultation form and to have a quick chat

ANDREA SARABIA-LOCK
25 years working in the sports and fitness industry, 18 years teaching pilates, working with groups and on a one to one basis.

  • Ongoing courses to ensure current and innovative classes.
  • Extensive experience working in sports centres, clubs and on a cruise ship teaching Pilates and fitness as well as personal training.
  • Third Dan Black Belt and Gold Medal World Champion in the Korean Martial Art of Tang Soo Do.
  • Enjoys competing in triathlons and numerous races including ‘Tough Mudder’ and the 100km Race to the Stones.
  • Andrea has lived in Thame most of her life and lives with her husband and two children.
