PILATES

  • Pilates exercises are designed to strengthen and condition the weaker muscles, ligaments and tendons, whilst encouraging symmetry and balance within the body.
  • Pilates also improves flexibility of the spine and over used, tight muscles, this will help to ease muscle tension

“I really enjoy the Pilates classes for various reasons.  The first thing is you are made to feel really welcome and it doesn’t matter what level you are at. It’s definitely been fantastic for my balance and mobility. Classes are friendly and you are not judged at all.   I also do Zoom Pilates which is great as you can do it at a time to suit and you don’t need to leave the house.  Great to have choices.”  LG
