Alex Sarabia-Lock

Alex qualified in 2012 and has since then has worked continually treating a wide range of injury and fitness issues.  Alex works with local athletes, not just when they are injured but helping them achieve improved performance and reduce the risk of injury by ensuring they are flexible and supple.  He also treats injuries caused by other means and works with the more mature to help make them more flexible and reduce stiffness and soreness.  Alex has also worked at a variety of sporting events including the Thame 10k and The London Marathon.

Alex is a keen runner and triathlete and completed ‘Tough Mudder’ and can be seen pounding the streets of Thame whenever he can.  This year he has completed three marathons, Warwick, New Forest and Milton Keynes and the 100km run Race to the Stones.

He has been married to Andrea, who is also a sports masseuse and pilates instructor, for the past 14 years and they live with their two children in Thame.
