Dr Heather Salt is a chartered clinical psychologist specialising in psychological treatment for stress, physical health problems and work, relationship or lifestyle-behavioural change.
Heather has 27 years clinical experience in the NHS and works part-time in London as a consultant psychologist in General Medicine. She is also a lecturer for the University of London.
Heather is particularly interested in using psychological techniques to assess and treat people with a variety of health problems, stress, anxiety and depression. She is also able to teach cognitive-behavioural strategies and to help people to make and keep lifestyle or work changes.
Clinical options include individual assessment and therapy. Individuals (or couples) can self-refer or be referred by their GP or hospital Consultant.
