- Juliet believes in treating the body as a whole and works with bones, joints, muscles and ligaments from head to toe. Her extensive experience and research into sports medicine underpins her everyday treatment.
- It is important to Juliet to find the cause of the problem rather than just treat the symptoms.
- Juliet uses a range of techniques to reduce pain, improve function and increase mobility, including gentle, specific hands-on manipulation of the spine and extremities, laser, acupuncture, taping, soft tissue therapy, exercise prescription and MRI referral where appropriate.
- There is no age limit, Juliet treats the very young to the very mature.
