Nicolette Hayers



Nicolette qualified as a massage therapist in 2007, after training with the Oxford School of Sports Massage.  She had previously spent a number of years working in the IT industry and found massage to be of such benefit that it inspired her to train as a massage therapist.

Nicolette is a keen runner and has completed numerous events over the years including 10ks, half marathons and 2 marathons. She fulfilled an ambition in 2016 by completing The London Marathon. Alongside running events, she has also more recently taken part in sprint triathlons.

Nicolette works with a wide variety of clients both in sport and for every day aches and pains.  She uses a blend of specialist techniques including deep tissue massage, stretching, myofascial release, kinesiology taping and medical acupuncture alongside traditional Swedish massage techniques.  She is a member of the SMA and FHT.
