Rosie Pearce

Rosie is passionate about good nutrition and recognises the huge benefits to health.  She would love to see this knowledge more widely understood and used in everyone’s life.

After working in the food industry for 12 years, Rosie trained as a Nutritional Therapist at the University of West London. The course was developed to keep abreast with massive acceleration of research into nutritional science and thus equipped its students to continue to take on board new scientific evidence, whilst having a good foundation.

Many people struggle to know which foods they should eat and which foods are best for them.  Rosie helps guide people as to how to make changes appropriate to their circumstances and lifestyle. Programs are individually designed and planned in partnership with the client allowing them to take control of this aspect of their life and achieve their aims.

Rosie has worked with many aspects of nutritional therapy, including digestive problems, hormonal imbalance, energy and mood problems, food intolerance, long term chronic conditions and weight management.

Rosie continues learning by attending seminars, meeting like-minded people and reading new research. She is a mother of two and volunteers in a variety of activities in Thame including supporting the Red Kite Family Centre. For relaxation she enjoys Yoga, Walking and Gardening.
