Whether you are looking for a long term fitness partnership or just want a few sessions to get inspired and personal training is an ideal way of getting back in shape or taking your fitness to a higher level. Jon delivers personal training at a time convenient to you, whether it is early morning, late evening or middle of the day. Sessions are tailored to your aims, be they rehabilitation, weight loss, strength, agility or a specific goal such as a race or assessment.
The first personal training session is free of charge and comprises a combination of a functional movement screening and a health & fitness assessment in order to benchmark performance level. This will form the basis of a customised training programme which Jon will create to enable you to achieve your. Jon’s clients range in age from 18 to 80 and in background from beginners to athletes.
Jon works with all age ranges and with all different types of fitness level.
Personal training takes place in a private studio in Thame as well as outdoors.
£40 per one hour session.
