These 4 week courses of exercise for Shoulder Hip and Knee are available at a bespoke studio in Thame. Each course is £40.
These courses has been created by the team of musculoskeletal specialists at the Practice to help strengthen the muscles, ligaments and tendons around the joint. Which will help improve mobility and decrease discomfort. If you are waiting for an operation in which case it can aid recovery, if you have had an operation or if your joints are uncomfortable or painful strengthening the area round your joint will help you to manage better.
SHOULDER – Wednesdays 12-1245pm
January – 17, 24, 31, February 7
HIP – Mondays 1-145pm
January – 15, 22, 29, February 5
KNEE – Mondays 12-1245pm
January – 15, 22, 29 , February 5
