With the client seated on a chair, the upper back, shoulders, arms, hands, neck, forehead and scalp are worked on. This treatment can be relaxing or stimulating, and is effective in relieving stress, tension headaches, and tension in the shoulder and neck area, allowing clarity, relaxation and focus.
